Drawing ExerciseS

PERCEIVED LONG TERM MEMORY From MEMORY, draw a photo of both the front and back side of a Canadian Penny in as much detail as possible. When finished, click HERE to cross-reference your details. Give yourself a mark out of 10, and record it on your drawing sheet, for similarities. |
ACTIVITY #2 - BOX#2:
EYE FOR DETAIL Draw the image you see, paying close attention to detail in terms of size/ratio, placement, number of items, etc. |
ACTIVITY #3 - BOX#3:
NEGATIVE SPACE Click HERE and draw the image using only negative space. Look at the image to the left as an example: Negative space is the area around the objects. Draw nothing of the object itself. |
ACTIVITY #4 - BOX#4
PERCEIVED SHORT TERM MEMORY Click HERE and view the image for 30 seconds, then close it. Then draw what you REMEMBER without looking back! Give yourself a mark out of 10 for similarities, and record it on your drawing sheet. |
ACTIVITY #5 - BOX#5
UPSIDE DOWN Draw this image as you see it. Then, click HERE and flip your drawing upside right to see how effective this strategy was for drawing the image accurately. |
ACTIVITY #6- BOX#6
